Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will review your request and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

Unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
